Our cheesemaker,Joy, is currently in Europe for a 7 week stay,apprenticing with cheesemakers in England,Ireland,and Holland. It is very exciting to hear how she's doing when she is able to contact us,and we can't wait to hear all about it,and see pictures when she gets home.She has been planning this trip since last November,and hopes to learn some new things,and overall improve her cheesemaking skills. She will be back just in time to make cheese for us the first week of May. Please keep her in your prayers.  --Posted March 17,2008

     Our dearest husband, father and grandfather was suddenly taken from us.   We rejoice, in our sorrow, knowing he is now with his beloved Savior Jesus.  We have been blessed beyond measure to have had him all these years, and although they were not nearly enough, we know that soon we shall join him.   The love, kindness, and gentleness he shared with all, is not only a memory we hold in our hearts but is a legacy we will strive to carry on.
